Custom Full Color Stickers

Much different from square, round or rectangular bumper stickers, our custom shape or die cut stickers are available in just about any shape you can imagine.

All of our dies are made by hand, conforming to any custom size and shape. Sort of like cookie cutters, the dies are created by cutting the sticker shapes into a sheet of wood. Then the die blades are hand shaped and pounded into the wood and then the printed sheets are cut one at a time.

The result is a truly custom silkscreen sticker...

And here's the best part. Our custom shaped dies are made for the low cost of $50 each, regardless of the complexity of the shape. So for sticker orders of 250, 500 or 1000, it only costs $50 to have your sticker cut into any shape you desire. (Additional charge for each 1000 thereafter.) Most silkscreen sticker printers - if they even offer custom die cutting - only offer a standard set of basic shapes and have to send out to get custom die cuts made, which can cost upwards of $400-$500 each.

The reason our die cuts are so affordable is because wegang run our stickers and cut out all of the individual stickers simultaneously. Since we make 30+ unique dies for every single sticker run, we save loads of cash on die cutting costs and we pass the savings on to you. Basically, we all pool our funds each week and the overall cost comes down. Yep, we're kinda like the Costco® of sticker die cutters.

So to summarize, yes! We can cut your stickers into any shape imaginable (within reason since they are hand made), which can be as subtle as one slightly rounded corner or as complex as a totally custom shape, like the beautiful owl sticker on the right by Jorge Garza.

Artwork must be in digital format and should be submitted at 100% (same size as to be printed).

We prefer 300-600 dpi, CMYK, flattened Photoshop TIF or outlined Illustrator EPS files. (Exceptions: Die Cuts must be indicated on a separate layer. And for clear vinyl orders, art layers should be merged rather than flattened to preserve opacity in Photoshop.)

Acceptable File Formats:
• TIF, EPS, PSD, AI, PDF, JPG (300 - 600 dpi)
• Both Mac & PC formats are acceptable

Acceptable Software Applications:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator

Artwork Reminders

Convert all fonts (type) to outlines, including any fonts used in placed EPS/AI files.

Include all embedded (placed) images with your artwork.

Artwork should be created in CMYK color. Preparing artwork in RGB mode is not recommended, as color matching can be problematic.

All pixel based art should be prepared at a minimum of 300 dpi. 1-bit images should be prepared at a minimum of 600 dpi, 1200 dpi is recommended.
